Important Working with Horses and your Farm Visit (MUST READ):

Working with horses is a fun, eye-opening, physically and emotionally challenging, and rewarding experience!

Please come to your Farm visit ready for working with horses and all the other animals on the farm (boots or shoes mandatory, NO Sandals or Open toes allowed). You should have comfortable long pants and clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We have helmets to wear or you can bring your own helmet when you are riding the horses (no bicycle helmets).

Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due when a Farm visit is scheduled. Until payment has been sent, the spot you are interested in isn’t yours and can be taken by another paying client. We will message everyone upon receiving email requesting a visit. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, checks, Venmo, or Zelle or website.

If a Farm visit is missed or canceled without a 24-hour notice, payment is retained. We will try to reschedule within 30 days of the scheduled visit. Please let us know if you have questions about any of these as we are happy to answer them.

By signing the ‘signature’ section below, I acknowledge that I have read all parts of the Farm visit policy and understand that I am agreeing to its terms (all visitors over 18 must sign before Farm visit starts) :
AGREEMENT TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY THE OWNERS/OPERATORS OF THE PROPERTY OF 13103 E. JAHANT RD. ACAMPO CA 95220

, know that horseback riding or any other activity involving horses or other animals can be dangerous and may result in injury or death to myself or others and damage to my property or the property of others. I know that I am responsible for and hereby assume the risk of any harm to myself or others or damage to my property or the property of others resulting from me using the horse riding and facilities at the above address.

I know that permission for me to use the property of the above address is conditioned on me taking personal and financial responsibility for my actions while on or about the property and on executing this “Agreement to Release and Indemnify the Owners of the Property of 13103 E. Jahant Road, Acampo, Ca 95220.” Accordingly, on behalf of myself and all my heirs, legal Representatives, successors, and assigns, I hereby (1) release the owners of the property and the family members (herein collectively referred to as Released Parties) residing at the above address from any liability and relinquish any claim against Released Parties for bodily injuries or death suffered by me or damage to my property (including, but not limited to, injury to or death of my horse) while on or about the property stated above and (2) agree to indemnify, protect, defend, and hold harmless Released Parties from and against all liabilities, costs, demands charges and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fee and costs of court and expenses necessary in the prosecution or defense of any litigation) incurred by the Released Parties or any of them because of injury to person or property from causes related to my activities on or about the above stated property.

I understand that by initialing the following I am acknowledging that these kinds of accidents and much more are possible and, at times, even likely around large and small animals as well as simply being in their environment on a farm:

Agreement (All Boxes Mandatory)*

I have carefully read this “Agreement to Release and Indemnify the Owners of the Property of 13103 E. Jahant Road, Acampo, Ca 95220.” I understand that I am relinquishing my right to sue and recover damages from Released Parties for injuries to myself or my property even if the attributable to the negligence of the Released Parties and that I will be financially responsible to other person for bodily injuries or property damages sustained by others as a result of my actions on or about the aforementioned property.

Media Release- The Bigg Easy

This is a photographic/video release, granting permission for The Bigg Easy to take pictures of the visitors while participating in activities at The Bigg Easy. The photographs/videos may be used for publicity, advertising, and/or the website.

I grant The Bigg Easy the right to take photographs and videos of the visits and events at The Bigg Easy. I authorize The Bigg Easy to use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.

I agree that The Bigg Easy may use such photographs and videos ONLY for publicity, illustration, advertising, and/or web content for The Bigg Easy.

Acceptance of The Terms Above.
